HMC Presidential Search Committee Seeks Survey Feedback

Harvey Mudd College faculty, staff, students, alumni, parents and community members are now invited to weigh in on the search for the college’s next president by responding to this survey. We are working with Spencer Stuart, our external consulting partner, to administer the survey and process the results. The survey will remain open until midnight PDT on March 16, 2022. Your individual responses will be kept strictly confidential and, to ensure anonymity, your input will be combined with the other responses and summarized in a general report.

This survey is one of several ways the Presidential Search Committee and Spencer Stuart are gathering feedback from the community.  We encourage you to take 5–10 minutes to complete this survey as we would welcome hearing from as many of you as possible as we begin to develop the prospectus for the position. Your feedback will help us identify candidates who understand and value HMC’s mission and who are motivated by the opportunities identified for the College.
