Deadlines for International Applicants
Deadlines for New Students
Applying for need-based financial aid at Harvey Mudd is an annual process. Students applying for financial aid for the first time must submit their application by the deadline that corresponds to their admission round.
Students, with their families, are encouraged to review the required materials and submit their applications, forms and financial documents by the posted deadlines to be considered for institutional grant and work-study aid.
Deadlines for Returning Students
Current students reapply for need based financial aid each spring. A detailed description of returning students requirements and deadlines are available to view at our Returning International Student Instruction and Deadline webpage.
Renewing Merit Scholarships
Students that receive only merit scholarships are not required to apply for financial aid each year. Assuming all requirements for maintaining the scholarship(s) are met, these scholarships will automatically be renewed by the Office of Financial Aid.
