2024

June 10 – Tuition Payment Agreement (link active only for HMC students). Please note that a Tuition Payment Agreement is only required to be submitted prior to the first year of attendance at Harvey Mudd College, prior to returning from a leave of absence, or if there are changes needed to the information on the form.

July 2 – Fall semester statements for students on the Monthly Payment Plan are available on the portal

July 20 – First installment due for those on the Monthly Payment Plan

August 1 – Fall semester statements for students on the Full Payment Plan are available on the portal

August 20 – Fall semester tuition and fees due for those on the Full Payment Plan

September 4 – Last day to change meal plan for the fall semester

September 9– Last day to drop for class fee refund

October 15 – Expected Financial Aid reversal

November 20 – Last installment for the fall semester. Students whose accounts are not current may be dropped from spring pre-registered classes

December 2 – Spring semester statements are available on the portal

December 20 – Spring semester tuition and fees due for those paying on the Full Payment Plan. First installment due for those on the Monthly Payment Plan.

2025

January 29 – Last day to change meal plan for the spring semester

February 3 – Last day to drop for a class fee refund

March 15 – Expected Financial Aid reversal

April 20 – Last installment due for the spring semester. Students whose accounts are not current will not be eligible to pre-register for the fall semester.

May 16 – All seniors must bring their accounts current prior to commencement.
