Financial Affairs
The Office of Financial Affairs (OFA) is dedicated to ensuring the institution’s financial health and operational efficiency. OFA reviews and presents budget reports, oversees the annual budget forecast, and provides guidance on financial inquiries, including those related to Workday. It manages critical functions such as audits, year-end close processes, and grant administration, while also partnering with senior leadership to prepare board materials on compensation, finance, and investments. Additionally, the office collaborates with departments on capital project budgets, sponsored research, and clinic administration, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliation. OFA also delivers Workday-Financial training, supports policy adherence, and manages purchase card requests. Through its comprehensive approach, the OFA supports strategic initiatives, fosters financial transparency, and ensures robust fiscal stewardship across the college community.
