Student Accounts

The Office of Student Accounts is responsible for the billing and collection of tuition, fees and incidental charges.

The office processes payments, credits, refunds and charges; generates monthly statements; and assists students and their families in understanding their student account.

A majority of incidental charges and credits originate from departments across the College and The Claremont Colleges Services. For specific questions about these charges, please contact the departments directly.
