CIS goals for 2019-2020

Each summer, the HMC cabinet members meet over two days to look back on progress towards goals in the past year and to share goals for the coming year.

At CIS, in the month or so before those meetings, we work to develop a list of high level guiding goals for the year.  Once approved, we work to fill in the details by developing project charters and work plans as appropriate.

Goals for 2019-2020 encompass security, infrastructure, governance, IT services, Digital Transformation and the CIS organization itself.
