The goal of this project is to develop a tool for simulating L1 GPS signals transmitted from satellites. The team has built a prototype system capable of mimicking L1 band GPS signals to be received at a predefined, user-specified position and time. The system implements techniques that allow for the reception of the simulated GPS signals by drone receivers, thereby allowing for the removal of drones from unwanted airspaces.
