In 2019, Google piloted an Applied Machine Learning Intensive (AMLI) curriculum. AMLI is designed to help non-CS students, especially students traditionally underrepresented in CS, analyze and interpret data. This fall, the team expanded and refined a subset of AMLI’s content. In spring, we developed software for distribution and management of the course. The long-term goals for this course are to move the curriculum to open source and partner with the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering for a wider distribution.
