Laserfiche is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that offers process automation solutions. Their software is essentially a graphical programming language which allows their customers to create what they call “workflows”. This can be a complex endeavor, so they have identified the need to lower the barrier to entry. They have tasked us with exploring the use of generative AI, specifically LLMs, for this purpose.
