For NASA’s upcoming human spaceflight missions to the Moon and Mars, effective communication during spaceflight will be more important than ever. NASA hopes to use high-powered speech-to-text models to streamline communication and support information lookup. However, most of these models are optimized for corporate use. How should NASA choose the right speech-to-text technology for their missions?
Our Clinic team has been developing a web application that automates the evaluation
and ranking of speech-to-text technologies for use in different NASA mission applications.
