If you’d like photos or video taken during your event, need a staff headshot or want to capture student/faculty research, please contact us to schedule a photographer or videographer.
Event Promotion
We produce and distribute announcements of campus events open to the public and work with campus offices to plan and publicize events. To have your event appear on the HMC website (calendar) and campus monitors, submit your event details.

Communications and marketing’s web team can assist in editing your existing web pages, including help with layout and styling with WordPress.
