Start a CS-Affinity Club!

CS Club: Ethics in AI and/or Diversity in CS?

This semester we would like to help provide “start-up funds” to create organizations centered around these topics. This aligns well with our Nelson Series: Being Human in the Age of AI.

If you are interested in being interim leadership for this, please apply here.

There will be a general meeting on Thursday at 5:00 PM in Big Beckman Lecture Hall.

This meeting is an opportunity for students to meet with each other and to talk a little bit about how clubs can be started with ASHMC. We hope that our start-up funds help get the club going, but ultimately, we want this to be a student-led organization.

Don’t forget, there is also the CS Social that is happening at 4:30 PM in the McGregor Breezeway! So stop by at McGregor before heading over to this general meeting.
