Update on Scheduling for ARC Counseling on Campus

Hello HMC!

I wanted to share with everyone the instructions for scheduling with Dr. Patel of ARC Counseling and Wellness. As previously stated, this is confidential therapy offered to HMC students. To be clear, there is NO FEE FOR ARC SERVICES ON THE HMC CAMPUS. You can either use the link or contact ARC directly:

1. Visit the ARC Counseling and Wellness client portal to create a secure login, upload information, view, book and cancel appointments and send secure messages to the provider. This will also initiate paperwork for clients to complete and bring to the first appointment.
2. New Clients may call ARC directly at [tel]866.200.9090[/tel] to speak with someone who will be able to answer questions and help with the first appointment. An email will be sent with paperwork to complete as well as a link to a client portal to create a secure login, upload their information, view, book and cancel appointments and send secure messages to the provider.

Dr. Patel will be located in a private office you access via the hallway west of OID in the Platt Campus Center. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email me.
