Spring Semester

First Half Courses

March 1: OIRE emails faculty with instructions for Course Evaluations
March 8: Last day to opt out of Course Evaluations (If eligible)
March 8: Last day to add supplemental questions
March 8-12: Faculty Preview Course Evaluation links
March 15: Course Evaluation window opens at 8 a.m. PST
March 19: Course Evaluation window closes at 11:59 p.m. PST

Second Half and Full Semester Courses

April 2: OIRE emails faculty with instructions for Course Evaluations
April 8: Last day to opt out of Course Evaluations (If eligible)
April 8: Last day to add supplemental questions, Last day to email OIRE for team-taught special requests. Note: By default, student will receive separate evaluations for each instructor for team-taught classes. Email OIRE if you prefer otherwise.
April 8-19: OIRE Programs evaluations in Qualtrics
April 22: Course Evaluation window opens at 8 a.m. PST
April 26: Course Evaluation window closes at 11:59 p.m. PST
