HMC Physics graduate, Alexander Himmel (’06), has received Fermilab’s URA Thesis award for the outstanding doctoral thesis of the year. Alex recently earned his PhD from Caltech, where he worked with Harvey Newman. His thesis is on ‚ÄúAntineutrino Oscillations in the Atmospheric Sector‚Äù and is available fromFermilab.
