Monsour Counseling and Psychological Services

The staff of Monsour Counseling and Psychological Services consists of psychologists, marriage and family therapists, psychiatrists, post-doctoral fellows, and administrative staff who are committed to providing excellent mental health and psychological wellness services to the five undergraduate colleges of The Claremont Colleges. They provide counseling services to students and may be reached by calling 909.621.8202 Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. or after hours in emergency situations by calling the crisis line at 909.621.8202 and dialing “1” to be connected to the on-call therapist. 

Students at The Claremont Colleges have access to TimelyCare, which provides 24/7 medical and mental telehealth care for all students, at no cost. To get started, visit TimelyCare to set up your profile. Students, please use your campus email when creating your account.

Office of the Chaplains

The Chaplains serve as confidential spiritual counselors and provide ethical leadership to the seven schools of The Claremont Colleges. Each of the Chaplains encourages and supports all religious and spiritual student groups and communities on campus. The Chaplains are here to strengthen individual faith and promote interfaith relations by offering religious support and engagement opportunities and to foster a faith community for students as they pursue their education. To contact a chaplain, call 909.621.8685 or email chaplains@claremont.edu. The Office of the Chaplains is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Employee Assistance Program

Faculty and staff who need assistance may take advantage of the College’s Employee Assistance Program offering through Optum. Information on how to access this benefit is available on our website, or you can reach out to benefits staff in the Office of Human Resources.

Visa Questions

For help navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration and visa/travel regulations, students should contact staff in the Office of International Students and Scholars. Staff in the office can assist with I-20 documents, travel signatures, immigration advertising and a variety of other services. Academic Accommodations

The Office of Accessible Education at Harvey Mudd College offers support to all students as they engage in the College’s rigorous, fast-paced curriculum. Partnering with the 5C Student Disability Resource Center (SDRC), staff provide co-curricular programs, training, and services to encourage student development in personal, social, and academic domains as they transition from high school to college. Title IX

You may report incidents of sexual harassment and/or sexual misconduct using our online Title IX Incident Reporting Form. The Claremont Colleges also offer support resources through The EmPOWER Center. The center provides free, confidential support to 7C students impacted by sexual violence, dating/domestic violence, and stalking.
