Strategic Planning Working Groups

Once the SOAR Analysis was completed, three working groups were formed to review the suggestions made and to focus on developing proposals for how the College might continue propelling innovation into the next 10 years. Each working group was asked to prepare a brief set of recommendations, encompassing roughly three pages, that could be synthesized by the Strategic Planning Steering Committee into a final strategic plan. The three workings groups were:

• Student Experience
