Strategic Plan Task Forces
While some key initiatives in the strategic plan are managed by existing offices or departments, others will require new structures and frameworks in order to be successful. Additionally, some initiatives require further development in order to be fully realized. To accomplish this work, the College has created a task force framework. Task forces will each be given a specific charge to address questions related to specific principal initiatives and will be asked to make recommendations on how these initiatives might be implemented by the College.
Task forces will be added and sunsetted over the course of the 10-year strategic planning implementation. Updates on each task force’s work, including events and announcements to the community as well as each group’s final report and recommendations, will be included in this section.
