Second Place: Boat in Chol Chol
On a trip to Chol Chol, a small rural village, we found a small river, and this colorful kayak. We couldn’t help but climb into the boat. – by Emma Zhang-Schwartz
Third Place: In the wild
We made it atop the ruins of a watchtower! You could see the rolling green hills and the town nestled in the valley below. – Ruth Sung
Honorable Mention: You Don’t Need a Reason to Dance
One of the main attractions in Arica is El Morro, which is a large hill with a statue on it. We visited as a group, and from the hill, we heard drumming, and then saw people in the street start to dance. – Emma Zhang-Schwartz
