Important Summer Session Dates and Deadlines
Below are key academic and refund dates and deadlines to consider.
- Financial Aid: More information for how to apply will be available in early 2025.
- Application and Registration: Registration begins March 24, 2025.
- Late registrations may be considered until the week prior to start of the course. However, payment and all required documents must be received prior to being enrolled in a course.
- Fees are due in full by May 12, 2025 for Session I, June 2, 2025 for Session II and June 23, 2025 for Session III courses.
- Monday, May 26 (Memorial Day), Thursday, June 19 (Juneteenth) and Friday, July 4 (Independence Day) are College recognized holidays.
HMC degree-seeking students can drop or withdraw from courses on the portal. HMC students who received financial aid for Summer Session must notify the Office of Financial Aid that you are withdrawing from a course. For all other students, to drop or withdraw from a course, students should email the completed Add/Drop/Withdraw Form (PDF) to registrar@hmc.edu. Advisor signatures are not required for Summer Session courses.
